A short Biography on TIM BERNERS LEE:

Tim is a graduate from Oxford University, England

He runs the World Wide Web consortium, an open forum, where companies and organizations have a mission to exploit the webs potential.

Tim holds 3Com Founders Chairs at the Laboratory for CS and AI (CSAIL – Computer science and Artificial Intelligence Lab) at the Massachusetts Inst. of tech, (MIT).

Tim has a background of system design in real-time communications and text processing
S/w development.

In the year 1989, Tim invented World Wide Web, an internet based hypermedia for global information distribution.
